2017

RPS Infinia received its RERA approval, marking the beginning of a thoughtfully envisioned commercial landmark.

2023

RPS Infinia achieved its Occupation Certificate, establishing itself as a functional and thriving business destination.

2025

The Crosswalk, spanning 2.5 lakh sq. ft. of curated retail, f&b and entertainment, received its RERA approval, strengthening the retail-led vision of 12th Avenue

2026

The second phase of The Crosswalk, along with The Wisterias and The One, received their RERA approvals, further expanding the integrated ecosystem

2027

The journey advanced with the approval of additional adjoining land, reinforcing the scale, future potential, and ever-evolving vision of 12th Avenue.
